Saturday, March 17
Practice from 10-4pm at MADISON PLAINS
MIDDLE SCHOOL. Complete practice, pack trailer. Leave MPMS by
5pm, stop for a quick dinner. Arrive at Ryle HS by approximately 7:15pm.
Performance time is 9:10pm. Awards are at 9:29pm. Get out
of uniforms, load trailer, leave Ryle by 10:30pm.
Arrive at Super 8 in Ft. Mitchell, Ky, by
11pm. Check in (if time permits we will check in prior to show at Ryle).
Meet for quick meeting in lobby with staff, members, and
parents/chaperones to go over the show, schedule for Sunday, etc. Relax,
grab a snack, study, visit with other members (will do this in the lobby
area - if available). In rooms by 12:15, lights out at 12:30.
Sunday, March 18
Wake-up calls at 8:30 am (ha HA! sleep in!).
Get up, grab breakfast, get cleaned up, packed up, and ready to check out
no later than 10:30 am. Leave hotel by 10:45 am. Arrive at Conner HS by
11:15 am. Perform at 1:37 pm. Awards immediately
afterwards. Leave Conner NO LATER than 3pm for a 5pm arrival in Columbus.
